A claim enters the pack verified, with the recompute attached, or it enters labeled UNVERIFIED with the gap named. A human analyst signs the pack before you see it. Nothing in it asks you to trust the author.

THE PROBLEM
Diligence has an author problem. The report you commissioned was written by people you are paying to sound certain, the technical section was checked by whoever was available, and the numbers were transcribed from the target's own data room, not re-derived from it. And it just got worse: any shop can now generate forty confident pages with an LLM in an afternoon, which means the market is about to be flooded with diligence prose that reads perfectly and proves nothing. Meanwhile the claims that actually sink deals, the "proprietary breakthrough" that the literature quietly published two years ago, the counterparty with a subsidiary in a jurisdiction that just changed posture, the retention number that does not survive a recompute against the raw table, are exactly the ones prose cannot catch. When certainty is cheap to fake, the scarce good is evidence.
HOW IT WORKS
One dossier run, four arms, in order. First the technology and literature pass: the target's claimed technical differentiators are scanned against the research literature by the same radar workflow we use daily for our own development, so a breakthrough claim gets checked against what has actually been published, not against the deck. Second, the entity and risk pass: the target and its counterparties go through a geopolitical risk register with escalation thresholds, jurisdictions, sanctions-adjacency, and concentration risk named. Third, the macro context: the current market briefing the deal's assumptions get read against. Then the differentiator: every quantitative claim that will appear in the dossier is independently recomputed against the structured source data you provide. Not paraphrased, recomputed, with a fail-closed verdict: the claim comes back verified with the recompute attached, or it comes back UNVERIFIED with the reason, and a verifier error is never dressed up as a green check. Finally the human gate: an analyst reviews the assembled evidence, resolves or labels every UNVERIFIED item, and signs the pack. No dossier is delivered without that signature.

The arms are not built for this product, they are our own daily instruments: the literature radar is the workflow AYA uses to scan research for its own development, the risk register is our house geopolitical watch, the macro briefing is our house market read, and the recompute verifier is the same fail-closed engine behind our verification products, the one that flags its own unconfirmed results as UNVERIFIED rather than shipping a confident wrong answer. The first dossier we deliver to anyone will be one we first ran on ourselves, on a decision we actually had to make, with the run's verification records on disk.
HONEST NOTE
We would rather under-promise. Here is exactly where this product stands: the dossier sequence is built and structurally verified, the four patterns it composes exist and were verified on disk before this page was written, and the verification discipline is inherited from working machinery. What has NOT happened: no dossier has ever been produced, for a paying customer or anyone else. The end-to-end sequence has not yet executed against live feeds, and the first self-run dossier is the next test, not a past achievement. The analyst review gate is designed in but has never been exercised on a real pack. If a claim cannot be verified from the data you provide, the pack will say UNVERIFIED and name what is missing, and an UNVERIFIED never quietly becomes a finding. That refusal to fake certainty is the whole product.
