Built so you never miss an estimated-tax deadline, and never have to guess the number.
Quarterly Tax Autopilot finds your deductions, computes what you actually owe this quarter, and tracks the deadline so it lands on your calendar before the IRS does. Four times a year, done quietly, so you stop scrambling in the last week of the quarter. You still file (you always should), it just makes sure the number is right and the date is not a surprise.

THE PROBLEM
If you are a founder or a freelancer on 1099 or LLC income, you owe estimated taxes four times a year, and the IRS does not send a reminder. So one of two things happens. Either you overpay to be safe (handing the government an interest free loan for a year), or you underpay and eat a penalty you did not budget for. The deadlines are fixed and unforgiving (June 15, September 15, January 15), the deduction hunt is a scramble every single time, and the number is usually a guess you make the night before. That is a bad way to run a quarter, and it repeats.
HOW IT WORKS
The loop is three steps, and it is the same three steps every quarter. First it scans your expenses for the deductions you are actually allowed to take. Then it computes the quarter's estimated tax after those deductions (so the number is real, not a round guess). Then it tracks the next filing deadline and reminds you before it, not after. Deductions, then estimate, then deadline. It runs on the quarterly cadence so you do not have to remember which quarter you are in.
One thing it does not do, on purpose, is file or pay for you. It computes and it reminds, and then it hands the number to you. You are the one who files (taxes are your signature, not an agent's), so there is no step in here that can auto submit a return or move money on your behalf. That boundary is permanent, not a feature we forgot.
WHAT YOU GET
- A deduction scan, every quarter, so you are not leaving money on the table or guessing what counts. - A real estimated-tax number, computed after your deductions, not a flat percentage you hope covers it. - Deadline tracking, the next due date on your calendar with a reminder ahead of it (not the morning of). - A quarterly rhythm, the same three steps each time, so the tax chore stops being a four-times-a-year fire drill.
WHO IT'S FOR
Solo founders, freelancers, and 1099 earners on LLC or sole-prop income who owe quarterly estimates and dread every one of them. Small back-offices and fractional bookkeepers who want a repeatable quarterly estimate and reminder without a full tax-software seat per client. If the words "estimated taxes are due" make your stomach drop, this is for you. It is not for anyone who wants the agent to file and pay automatically (it will not, by design), and it is not a replacement for a CPA on a complicated return.
PRICING (the ladder)
- Free: one quarterly estimate with a deduction scan and a deadline reminder. This is the same cycle AYA runs on itself. - Solo, 19 a month: every quarter, deduction scan, estimated-tax computation, and reminders ahead of each due date, for one entity. - Multi-entity, 49 a month: the autopilot across multiple entities or clients, with a rolled-up deadline calendar and per-entity estimate history.
Prices are a starting hypothesis, not a promise, we will move them as we learn what skipping the quarterly scramble is worth to you.
THE PROOF (we run it on ourselves)
We built this to do our own quarterly taxes first. AYA the company runs this exact pattern on its own books, finds AYA's deductions, computes AYA's estimate, and tracks AYA's deadline, and the founder files AYA's taxes off that number. Our own 2026-Q3 estimate is due September 15, 2026, which is a real date on our own calendar and a big part of why this product exists right now. If a tax co-pilot is going to earn your trust, it should be the one its makers run before their own filing deadline. Every run leaves a receipt, so the number we would show you is the same number we act on.
HONEST NOTE
Straight truth, this is not proven live end to end yet. The pattern is built and it reuses three capabilities AYA already shipped (identify deductions, calculate the quarterly estimate, track the deadline), it passes our quality bar (PQS 84.5, grade B), and by design it never files or pays. What it is waiting on is a run against real company books on a booted system, to confirm the tax handlers execute live and produce a number we would sign. That is a wiring and evidence gap, not new code (this is all composable data, there is nothing more to write). So today it is a structurally complete product with the live receipt still owed, and we would rather tell you that than show you an estimate we have not actually run. And to be clear, even once it is live, it computes and reminds, you file.
