Media/PR Booking Engine

Get booked, not filtered.

Get booked, not filtered.

Journalists, podcast hosts, and CFP reviewers now delete most pitches on sight, because most pitches are now machine-generated noise that never read their work. The Media/PR Booking Engine takes the opposite bet: it researches the specific host before a word is drafted, a human approves every single send, and the moment someone says yes, a scheduling link turns interest into a slot on your calendar. The unit of value is a booked placement, not a sent email.

THE PROBLEM

You need podcast slots, press coverage, and speaking gigs, and you have exactly two bad options. A PR retainer runs five to fifteen thousand a month and mostly buys you someone else's address book. A pitch-blast tool costs less and quietly costs more, because 2026 is the year AI-generated pitches flooded every producer's inbox, and the filters got brutal. Mass pitching no longer fails politely, it burns your domain and your name with the exact people you needed. Meanwhile the pitches that do land all look the same: they provably read the host's work, they carry a real angle, and a human clearly signed off. That kind of pitch does not come out of a blast tool, and doing it by hand for fifty outlets is a part-time job you do not have.

HOW IT WORKS

For each target (a show, an outlet, an editor, an event), the engine first builds an intelligence dossier: who this host is, what they cover, your engagement history with them, and a recommended approach. Then it drafts a personalized multi-step pitch sequence in your voice, built on that dossier and your actual story angle. Before anything sends, two gates stand in the way, and both fail closed: a brand-voice compliance check, then a human-in-the-loop approval (on by default, and by default that human is you). Only a pitch that clears both gates goes out. When a producer replies with interest, the engine shares a single-use scheduling link so the yes becomes a booked recording or prep call in one step, and every target moves through a visible pipeline from pitched to booked. Outlet lists, templates, and cadence all live as configuration you can edit, not code.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A dossier on every host, editor, or organizer before the first word of the pitch is drafted
  • Personalized pitch sequences (intro, follow-up, value-share) in your voice, per target
  • Two fail-closed gates on every send: brand compliance, then your explicit approval
  • A one-step scheduling handoff, interest converts to a calendar slot without email ping-pong
  • A pitched-to-booked pipeline, so you always know where every placement stands
  • A structure that extends cleanly, a new outlet category or template set is a config edit

WHO IT IS FOR

Founders doing founder-led PR (podcast tours, launch press, conference talks) without an agency. Marketing and comms leads at seed-to-B companies who need a booking pipeline, not a media database. Consultants, authors, and operators who cannot justify a retainer but need a steady drumbeat of placements. It is not for anyone who wants mass blasts, and it will refuse to be that: the human gate on every send is architectural, not a setting you are meant to turn off.

PRICING

Pricing is a set of hypotheses we are validating in the open, not a committed rate card, and the idea is to price the ladder rather than a single number.

- Pitch desk, dossiers plus drafted pitch sequences delivered for you to send yourself. Hypothesis: around $299 per brand per month. - Booking engine, the full chain: gated sends, scheduling handoff, and the placement pipeline. Hypothesis: around $799 per brand per month. - Multi-client, for fractional CMOs and booking operators running placements for a book of clients, value-metered and negotiated.

Every paid step is gated, a charge never happens without an explicit confirmation.

PROOF (the dogfood)

The engine's first client is AYA's own founder. AYA is launching a large product line this year and needs exactly what this product sells: podcast, press, and speaking placements, on a founder budget. The target roster is the real list of AI-adjacent shows and CFPs relevant to AYA's launch, the founder personally is the approval gate on every send, and every yes lands on the founder's real calendar. The pipeline already has one real anchor: an accepted 2026 conference talk (FOST Toronto, September), which sets the bar the engine has to beat repeatably. The deliverable pattern was quality-scored (84 out of 100, grade B) and all seven of the capabilities it composes were verified on disk before this page was written.

HONEST NOTE

Here is what is true and what is not yet. The chain is built and structurally verified: dossier, pitch sequence, both gates, gated send, scheduling handoff, pipeline tracking. What has not happened yet is a live placement booked through it. The one real speaking slot we can point to was booked by hand, before this engine existed, so it is evidence of the pipeline, not of the engine. Going live needs channel credentials (email, LinkedIn) and a wired scheduling account, and every send waits on human approval by design, so throughput is deliberately bounded by your attention. We will not claim a placement count until the engine has actually booked placements. No live send, no spend, and no outreach of any kind happened in building this, and the prices above are hypotheses we intend to test with you, not settled numbers.

*This page is a specification. The capability it describes is not built yet, and nothing here is a claim that it runs today.*
