THE PROBLEM
Forming a company is not hard because any one step is hard, it is hard because there are twelve of them and they live in twelve different tabs. You draft articles in one tool, chase an operating agreement in another, paste founder names into an NDA template, forget the conflict check, file the entity on a fourth site, buy the domain on a fifth, wire up email on a sixth, and end up with a pile of half-finished logins and no single record of what actually got done. Founders either pay a lawyer a flat fee to herd all of it, or they stitch it together by hand and find the gaps later (the missing operating agreement, the trademark nobody checked, the credential nobody saved).
HOW IT WORKS
Foundry runs the whole formation as one line. It drafts the legal documents first (articles, the operating agreement, the founder NDA), runs a conflict check and a trademark check, and builds a compliance checklist you can actually follow. Then it stands up the company itself, it files the entity, registers the domain, sets up DNS and email, spins up a mailbox, and stores every credential it creates in a vault so nothing gets lost. At the end you have a formed company with its documents and its logins in one place, not a scavenger hunt.
Nothing that costs money or files with a government happens on its own. The entity filing is confirmation-gated, the trademark filing is confirmation-gated, every spend waits for you to say yes out loud. The default is stop, not proceed.

This is the tier AYA ran on its own formation. - Formation, 499: the full line for one company, all documents plus the entity filed plus the domain, email, mailbox, and vault. Government and registered-agent fees are passed through at cost, not marked up. - Studio, 999: the repeatable version for people forming more than one, trademark filing included, a formation receipt and credential vault per entity, and status rolled up across the portfolio.
Prices are a starting hypothesis, not a promise, we will move them as we learn what a done-once formation is worth to you.
THE PROOF (we formed ourselves with it)
This is not a demo we dressed up. Foundry is the exact line AYA uses to form its own company. AYA's entity does not exist yet on purpose, the Wyoming LLC is set to fire the day the first customer signs, and when that day comes AYA incorporates itself by running this product. The brand check, the domain, the DNS and email, the entity filing, the vault, all of it is the same sequence you would run. If a formation product is going to earn your trust, the strongest reason to trust it is that its makers formed their own company with it, in public, with a receipt for every step.
HONEST NOTE
Straight truth, this has not filed a real entity yet. The formation line is built, it composes capabilities that already exist and pass our quality bar (the legal drafting, the conflict and trademark checks, the entity filing, the domain and email setup, the credential vault), and the adapters behind it are written. What it is waiting on is real credentials for the filing and domain providers and a booted system to run against, plus AYA's own first-customer trigger, which is exactly when we will run it on ourselves first. So today this is a structurally complete product with the live filing still owed, and every step that files or spends is gated shut until a real human confirm and real credentials. We would rather tell you that than show you a formation we have not actually run.
