AYA Runway Watch

Know the day you run out.

Know the day you run out.

AYA Runway Watch pulls your real bank balance, tells you what you are actually burning, and forecasts the exact month the cash runs out. Not a stale spreadsheet you updated three weeks ago. A live number, with a warning before it gets tight, not after.

THE PROBLEM

Founders usually find out they are low on cash the way you find out about a leak, from the damage. The runway number lives in a spreadsheet somebody updates once a month (if that), the burn figure is a guess, and by the time the real balance catches up to the story, you are making a raise decision or a payroll decision on a number that was already wrong. Investors through 2026 expect you to know your runway to the month (24 to 30 of them, before you raise), and a hand kept sheet does not clear that bar anymore.

HOW IT WORKS

Runway Watch sits behind your bank, it does not touch your money. It reads your live balance, lists the period's transactions, categorizes what you are actually burning (so the number is real, not budgeted), and forecasts how many months are left at that rate. When the balance drops under a threshold you set, it flags it. That is the whole loop, balance, then burn, then forecast, then a flag. It runs on a schedule so you do not have to remember to check.

By construction it cannot move money. Every step is read only or compute only (there is no transfer step to misfire), so it is safe to leave running unattended.

WHAT YOU GET

- A live runway number, the month you run out at your current burn, recomputed on a schedule rather than by hand. - A real burn breakdown, categorized from your actual transactions (not a budget you set once and forgot). - A low-balance flag, at a threshold you choose, so the warning lands early. - A forecast you can hand to a board, the same numbers, in a form an investor will read.

WHO IT'S FOR

Founders and operators running lean, seed and pre-seed, who bank on Mercury (or a Plaid reachable account) and need to know their runway to the month instead of to the quarter. If a wrong cash number would change what you do next week, this is for you. It is not for enterprise finance teams with a full FP&A stack, and it is not for anyone who needs to move money (it can't, on purpose).

PRICING (the ladder)

- Free: watch one linked account, weekly, forecast and low-balance flag included. This is the same tier AYA runs on itself. - Operator, 29 a month: continuous watch on your account, daily recompute, alerts at your own threshold. - Board pack, 99 a month: scheduled board-ready cash summaries, scenario forecasts, and multiple accounts rolled up.

Prices are a starting hypothesis, not a promise, we will move them as we learn what a live runway number is worth to you.

THE PROOF (we run it on ourselves)

We built this to watch our own cash first. AYA the company runs this exact pattern on its own Mercury account, and our own runway clock (roughly October 2026) is the reason it exists, if a runway watcher is going to earn your trust it should be the one its makers bet their own payroll on. Every run leaves a receipt, so the number we would show you is the same number we act on.

HONEST NOTE

Straight truth, this is not live yet. The pattern is built, it composes four existing capabilities (balance, transactions, burn analysis, cashflow forecast), it passes our quality bar, and it cannot move money by design. What it is waiting on is a real Mercury credential and a booted mesh to run against a live account (a credentials and wiring gap, not a code gap). So today this is a structurally complete product with the live proof still owed, and we would rather tell you that than show you a forecast we have not actually run.
