Grade your compliance AI, and keep the receipt.
AYA Reg-Verify sits behind your existing compliance walker and independently re-walks every determination it makes, then tells you where it is wrong, what the right answer was, and what that mistake would have cost. Not a confidence score, a receipt an auditor can read.

THE PROBLEM
Your model reads a regulation, walks a decision tree, and returns a determination that looks right. Most of the time it is. But when it guesses through a missing data field, cites a rule that does not exist, or quietly abstains on a case it should have decided, you find out from a regulator, not from a dashboard. And the usual fix, having a second model grade the first one, is just probability checking probability (a confidence number dressed up as a control), which is exactly the thing that does not survive an audit. As of August 2, 2026, the EU AI Act turns "prove what your AI did" into a board-level obligation for high-risk systems, so this stops being a quality nicety and becomes a compliance requirement with a date on it.
HOW IT WORKS
Reg-Verify does not replace your walker, and it does not ask you to change your workflow, it sits behind the walker you already run. For each determination, it independently re-walks the same case against the actual rule (deterministic, model-free, end to end) and then judges your walker's output on a fixed set of checks. Where a decisive check exists, you get a real answer, agreement or a named failure. Where the data genuinely cannot decide the case, it fails closed and flags it rather than inventing a green check. Your models, your prompts, and your weights stay yours, we grade the outputs, we never ingest the walker.
WHAT YOU GET (the disagreement report)
For every case where your walker's determination exists, one auditable line: - agreement, or a business failure kind (wrong determination, fabricated evidence, invented citation, guessed through a data gap, over-abstained, or wrong path and obligations), - the correct answer, as a receipt with its citation, - our own independently-verified applicability register for the same products, with an honest missing-fields worklist where the inputs were incomplete, - the cost and runtime delta between their walk and the deterministic one.
A report you can hand to a regulator, not a score you have to defend.
WHO IT'S FOR
RegTech and regulatory-compliance platforms already running model-driven applicability walkers, first, then healthcare and fintech teams shipping AI into regulated decisions. If a wrong answer from your compliance AI can end up in front of an auditor, a regulator, or a court, this is for you. If a wrong answer costs nothing, it is not.
PRICING (the ladder)
We price the ladder, not a single number, and every number below is a hypothesis we validate with you, not a commitment. - Pilot, a fixed-price paid proof on your own batch of determinations. You see the disagreement report and the cost delta before you commit to anything. - Value-metered, per verified determination, once the pilot proves the delta. Your walker keeps running, we grade each walk. - Platform, license the deterministic verifier into your stack.
IP is licensed, never assigned. The verifier stays ours, the proof is yours. Any step that takes your money is gated and confirmed before it runs, nothing charges silently.
THE PROOF (dogfood)
We run this discipline on ourselves before we sell it. The re-walk judge underneath Reg-Verify is producer-agnostic, so it grades AYA's own register determinations the same way it grades a partner's walker, we eat the verifier we sell. And the product's own build left a receipt, the deliverable pattern was scored (80 out of 100, grade B) and both of the atoms it composes were verified on disk before this page was written. That is the same kind of evidence trail this product produces for you.
Design partner zero is a regulatory-compliance platform running Gemini-driven walkers, the integration conversation is dated (the week of July 20, 2026). case study to follow
HONEST NOTE
We would rather under-promise. Reg-Verify has been built and structurally verified, the pattern composes, the atoms resolve, the judge is wired. What it has NOT done yet is run against a live partner database or a real batch of a partner's determinations, that is the first live test once read-only credentials are in hand, and we will say so plainly rather than imply a proof we have not run. Where a sound check exists we give you a guarantee, where one does not we tell you and escalate, we never manufacture a green check. That refusal to fake certainty is the whole point.
