The AYA Platform

We built 90 products in 90 days on this factory. Now we are opening the factory.

We built 90 products in 90 days on this factory. Now we are opening the factory.

The AYA Platform is the substrate underneath everything else in this catalog: a pattern engine where capabilities are declarative, composable JSON instead of glue code; a verification layer where execution leaves receipts by default and a missing proof is declared instead of dressed up; and an operating loop that stands up the company, ships the product, markets it, and watches revenue. Every product on this site was built on it, by it, with its receipts on disk. Phase 3 is the terminal move: other builders ship THEIR products on the factory, verified, and every product they ship makes the pattern library, and therefore the next product, stronger.

THE PROBLEM

If you are building an AI product today, you are actually building two things: your product, and an unpaid second project made of orchestration glue, eval harnesses, audit logging, and launch plumbing. The frameworks give you abstractions and leave proving-it-works as your problem. The eval vendors grade your outputs but live outside your runtime. And from August 2, the EU AI Act's record-keeping obligations land on every builder at once: "prove what your AI did" stops being optional and becomes a mandate. Most teams will answer it with a two-year internal substrate project, or with a compliance PDF nobody can execute. Both are the wrong answer when a working, dogfooded factory already exists.

HOW IT WORKS

You build on three planes that already run. The pattern engine: your product's behavior is patterns, atomic capabilities composed upward into workflows and sequences, quality-gated before they land, executed through one engine, so business logic compounds in a library instead of rotting in scripts. The verification layer: execution terminates in receipts, fail-closed gates stand in front of anything dangerous (money, PHI, destructive writes, all human-confirmed), and every capability claim carries an honest state, executed, structural, or declared-unwired, a vocabulary our own linters enforce on us. The dogfood factory: the same operating loop we run our company on, company standup, operating cadence, product factory, revenue watch, sequenced as one composition you inherit instead of invent. The flywheel is the business model: you ship a verified product on the factory, your patterns harden the library, and the library makes the next builder's product cheaper. That compounding is what you are buying into.

WHAT YOU GET

- the pattern engine, declarative capability composition with quality gates, one execution path, and a library that compounds, - the verification layer, receipts by default, fail-closed gates on dangerous surfaces, and the honest claim-state discipline built into the tooling, - the operating loop, company standup, cadence, product factory, and revenue monitoring as existing compositions, human-gated at every money step, - the 90-day ledger, the platform's own product roadmap with per-product honest status, as the working example your team builds from, - our engineers in the loop, for the design-partner phase, until the packaging exists for you to not need them.

WHO IT'S FOR

Small AI-product teams and solo technical founders who want their products born verified instead of retrofitted, and agencies or venture studios that stamp out multiple AI products a year and want the factory economics. It is not for teams that need a chat wrapper (buy one), and it is not yet for enterprises that need a certified multi-tenant SaaS with an SLA today; that packaging does not exist and this page will not pretend it does.

PRICING (the ladder)

Platform tier, negotiated, value-metered, and every number is a hypothesis until the first signed partner proves otherwise. - Design-partner pilot, a bounded, cheap engagement: your team ships ONE product on AYA with our engineers embedded, ending with the product live and its verification receipts on disk. - Builder license, annual, value-metered per building team once the pilot proves the loop, metered on products shipped or verified runs. - Platform rights, the studio and agency tier, resale and white-label rights, annual minimum, negotiated.

IP is licensed, never assigned. Any step that takes your money is gated and confirmed before it runs, nothing charges silently.

THE PROOF (dogfood)

This is the most dogfooded product we could possibly sell, because it is the thing all the other products were made with. AYA the company runs ON the platform: the company-operations master pattern sequences our own standup, cadence, product factory, and revenue watch; the 90-product roadmap was executed through the same pattern engine we would hand you; every build wave ended in verification records on disk; and this page was drafted by the same content engines the platform ships. The factory built its own brochure. The evidence is not a demo environment, it is the repo's own history, including every product honestly marked as structural-only.

HONEST NOTE

Here is the whole truth, because it is the product's whole point. The platform is real and runs our company; the receipts exist; the roadmap ledger is on disk. What does NOT exist yet: no external builder has ever onboarded. There is no multi-tenant packaging, no self-serve signup, no public docs site a stranger could onboard from, and no SLA a contract could bind to. The flywheel we are selling, other builders shipping verified products on AYA, currently has zero external instances. That is why the first offer is a design-partner pilot with our engineers in the room, priced to prove the loop rather than to profit, and why the packaging gets built in public with that first partner. A platform whose pitch is verification does not get to fake its own readiness.
