Stand up your whole company in one run.
AYA Launch takes you from a domain to a live entity to a running cadence in a single automated pass, and it stops to ask you before every step that spends money or can't be undone. Brand, domain, DNS and email, website, entity, vault, then a schedule that keeps it all working. One run, human-gated.

THE PROBLEM
Starting a company is weeks of the same setup nobody enjoys. Register the domain, wire the DNS, get email routing working, stand up a site, form the entity, put the secrets somewhere safe, then remember to keep the whole thing maintained. Every piece lives on a different dashboard with a different login, and the order matters, so a small mistake early costs you an afternoon later. Most people either pay an agency to do it slowly, or do it themselves and go dark on the actual product for a week.
HOW IT WORKS
AYA Launch sequences the pieces that already have to happen, in the order they have to happen, and runs them for you. It stands up the brand, registers the domain, wires DNS and email routing, puts up the website, forms the entity, and stores the secrets in a vault, then it turns on a recurring cadence (brand-watch, SEO, sitemap, content, index-coverage) so the company keeps working on a schedule instead of going stale. It never bypasses a gate. Every step that spends money (buying a domain) or forms a legal entity waits for your explicit approval before it runs. You watch it work, and you say yes.
WHAT YOU GET
A company that is actually live, not a checklist you still have to execute:
- the brand and domain, registered and yours,
- DNS and email routing, wired and sending,
- a website, deployed,
- the entity, formed in the state you chose (WY, DE, wherever),
- a vault, holding the secrets so they're never loose in a doc,
- an operating cadence, on a schedule, so the company keeps running after the setup is done.
WHO IT'S FOR
Solo founders and indie hackers who want to be building the product on day one, not wiring accounts for a week. And agencies standing up client entities on repeat, who want the whole setup to run the same way every time instead of by hand.
PRICING (the ladder)
- Setup, a one-time fee for the standup run itself, the company brought fully live.
- Ops, a monthly plan for the running cadence, so it stays maintained instead of stale.
- Agency, a multi-entity tier for shops standing up companies for clients on repeat.
Prices are still hypotheses we're testing, not promises. Nothing here is sellable until the run has actually executed with a receipt, and we're honest about which tier you're looking at.
THE PROOF (the dogfood)
AYA Launch set up AYA. The company behind this product was stood up by this product, brand, domain, DNS, website, entity, vault, cadence, the same run we're selling you. The first execution is the proof: we didn't build a company and then a demo of standing one up, we stood ours up with the thing. And to be straight with you, that first standup run is founder-gated right now (preflight, then dry-run, then turn-on), so the receipt is still to come rather than already in hand. standup receipt to follow
HONEST NOTE
This won't spend your money without asking. Every step that costs something or can't be reversed, buying the domain, forming the entity, stops and waits for your yes. That's deliberate. An automated company-standup that could quietly run up charges or file paperwork on its own is not something we would ship, or trust ourselves. The automation is in the sequencing; the spending stays your decision. And until the dogfood run has executed with a real receipt, we call this turnkey, not proven, because there's a difference and you deserve to know which one you're buying.
