THE PROBLEM
There are only two ways most people run posting across a bunch of platforms, and both are bad. You do it by hand, which means an evening a day copying, reformatting, and remembering which account you already hit today. Or you hand it to an automation, which posts on a schedule that no real person would ever keep (five things in a minute, the same link everywhere, three in the morning), and the platform notices, and now you are rate-limited, shadow-banned, or gone. The thing that makes automation useful (it never gets tired) is the exact thing that gets it flagged, and once an account is suspended you do not get it back with a support ticket.
HOW IT WORKS
The publisher does the boring, safe thing on purpose. Every post waits at a gate: you approve it, and it passes a voice check (so it still sounds like you, not like a template), and only then is it eligible to go out. Before it fires, the engine checks the pacing. Each platform has a daily cap, so it will not flood one channel. Same platform, it holds at least two hours between posts. Across platforms, at least half an hour. If a post would break one of those windows, the engine declines to send it now and holds it, rather than pushing anyway. When it does publish, it goes through that platform's own poster (LinkedIn through LinkedIn, X through X, and so on), and it writes an audit line so you can see exactly what went out and when. THE PROOF (the dogfood)
We run this on our own accounts. Every post AYA puts out for its own build-in-public (LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Hacker News, the blog) goes through this same approve-then-pace-then-publish path. The account we are protecting with it is ours, which is the honest test, if it got us banned we would know first. And to be straight with you, that live run is founder-gated and credential-gated right now (it needs real per-platform logins, a running system, and a human approving each post), so the receipt that says we posted and stayed clean is still to come, not already in hand. publish receipt to follow
HONEST NOTE
This is deliberately not the fastest way to post. It will not blast the same thing to six platforms in a minute, because that is exactly the behavior that gets accounts killed, and a tool that could do that is not one we would trust ourselves to run. Every post waits for your yes, and the engine would rather hold a post than break a pacing window. It also cannot post at all until you connect real accounts and a human is in the loop, so there is no version of this that quietly runs your channels on its own. And until our own dogfood run has actually published with a receipt, we call this built and reused, not proven, because there is a difference and you deserve to know which one you are buying.
